2. Description of Service

Backlink Checker Pro is a tool that helps you verify backlinks from SEO reports.You can upload files (PDF, CSV, XLS) or paste Google Sheets links, and our servicewill extract URLs and verify whether the backlinks exist and their attributes(dofollow/nofollow).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to harm or harass others

4. User Content

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us alimited license to process the files for the purpose of providing the Service.Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Accuracy of Results

While we strive for accuracy, backlink verification results are provided "as is".Results may be affected by factors outside our control, such as website blocking,temporary unavailability, or dynamic content. We recommend manual verificationfor critical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by404 Software Labs, S.L. and protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 404 Software Labs, S.L. shall not be liablefor any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arisingfrom your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amountyou paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 404 Software Labs, S.L. from any claims,damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolvedin the courts of Valencia, Spain.
